Hours:

Our help desk is available Monday - Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Excludes the following Federal holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Note: Service tickets may be submitted 24 hours a day but will not be responded to until normal business hours, unless communicated through company designated contact via Afterhours Help Desk Phone Line.

For afterhours emergencies please contact our on-call staff at 301-799-3553 option 3.  Please clearly indicate the urgency of your request.  After Hours Emergency calls are dedicated for system down critical issues. Please use your dedicated internal contact to determine urgency.

 

Service Level Descriptions

  • CRITICAL: Client experiences severe hindrances to business operations due to a major outage of their IT systems.

  • HIGH: Majority of client business operations are functional, however operational performance is hindered.

  • MEDIUM: Client experiences minimal to no impact on business operations due to minor hindrances on the system and/or an individual device.

  • CHANGE ORDER: Any change to the existing system, as it relates to day-to-day business operations.
